What is a VAN?
A VAN (Value-Added Network) is a private network intermediary that manages the routing of data to multiple parties, along with basic auditing and authentication functions. Although many trading partners prefer to use direct connections (FTP, AS2, etc), some prefer to use a VAN.
My trading partner says I need to use their VAN. Can you still help me?
Yes! We have interconnect agreements with every major VAN provider and many small ones as well, so we are able to seamlessly route the data to the VAN of your customer’s choice.
I’m currently using another VAN provider. Can I switch?
Yes! We will work with you to identify the trading partners that need to be migrated, and then coordinate the migration on your behalf. The migration takes place with no downtime, and you can begin saving immediately.
